I want to say that while I love having readers, that is not the most important thing for me about blogging. This is almost an internal conversation I am having in a very public way. I welcome and appreciate your comments, ideas, criticisms, and readership.
This blog is primarily about how education and technology come together over the space we call ‘learning.’ It covers a lot of ground but the overarching theme (at least in my mind if not always evident) is how these new technologies, methodologies and ideas can be used to create a richer world of learning.

As you know TonNet is my internet persona and has been a fixture in the blogosphere for numerous years, blogging professionally about the subject of blogging and blog news before anyone had heard of the Global Voices (or you for that matter). TonNet combines my name and the web. It looked interesting and since then I’ve held to it. Some of you already know me by my first name, altough I prefer to be called tonnet, Tonnet, TonNet or whaetever you want to name while in the internet. I do prefer to take a good care of my own privacy.
TonNet is an ecuadorean who was born in a small city in southern of Ecuador (South America). Have you ever heard of Shiriculapo! He was living and studying in Loja city for his three first decades, righ now he’s living in the Big Apple and works in New Jersey. TonNet is married with a beautiful ‘macarenia’ and provides for a boy, seven years old. He’s gotten degrees from the UNL (Universidad Nacional de Loja). He holds a Doctorate in Education and a Masterate in Math and Physics. I’m biligual (Spanish-English).

Sabes me parese super interesante esta pag .ya que he visto cada ricon de tu seccion y por ende das una oportunidad de conoser mas de mi propia tierra.soy lojana pura de corazon y ecuatoriana de alma pero hay muchos lujares que no conosco y el verlos por aqui me paresio muy bonito ya que el estar lejos de ella nos hace valorar mas loq ue somos y de donde venimos haci que te agradesco el brindarme esta oportunidad de veros por lo menos por internet gracias

Estoy realmente impresionado de la riqueza de recursos de tu blog. Prometo volver por aquí para procurar aprender algo. Por ahora te invito a que visites referencias.tv y si te puedo aportar algo… Estoy desarrollando un sistema para integrar webTV online en los blogs… pero aún me quedan unas cuantas horas…
Había visto tu nombre en diferentes post y me hizo gracia porque suena a catalán tecnológico (uno es de Barcelona, aunque ahora estoy en Zurich.

Como esta, gracias por su comentario, la verdad recién tengo poco tiempo con el blog, pero me gusta y pienso que es una nueva manera de informar y a la vez opinar sobre ciertos puntos. Por lo que veo UD ya tiene mucho tiempo en esto y espero que siga adelante en todos sus proyectos.
